Combine:
1 cup Vitality Grain Free Base Mix
1½–2 cups boiling water
Allow to fully hydrate.
Add:
1 cup fresh protein
1 teaspoon nutrient supplement
Stir thoroughly before serving.
Batch Preparation
Bring 8 cups water and 1.5 pounds fresh protein to a boil.
Turn off heat and stir in 4–5 cups Vitality Grain Free Base Mix.
Cover and allow to hydrate as it cools. No simmering required.

Divide the daily amount into two servings. Food must be fully hydrated before serving. Adjust portions based on age, activity level, and metabolism. Refrigerate leftovers and discard if not used within 3 days.

We were using the express mix but he has been having skin issues so we are trying the grain free because it has minimal ingredients and no oats. So far so good 😊
Sophie is a wild child! She is 2 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel that will impatiently wait for Happy Dog breakfast and dinner.
Bentley was having issues with digestion. Soft or runny stools. After adding happy dog grain free with his meat he no longer has any issues. He loves the taste and licks his bowl clean. We have noticed a shine to his coat and he has more energy. We believe this is due to the Happy Dog allowing more complete digestion of his food, giving him the nutrients he needs.
I have three Miniature Pinschers and all are doing great. Dexter is 18 years old and although he is slightly deaf, he manages to hang on. I must say with this product everyone's appetite remains constant. My female dog, Pretzel is the #1 Miniature Pinscher in AKC Competition Obedience in the United States. My third dog, Gunner was also a rescue and a hot mess when I got him. With loving care and your food, he is his exceeding my expectations.
Aspen has been eating Happy Dog Food for two years now and she still loves it and licks her bowl clean every time! I would NEVER change her food as this is so healthy for her!

Tucker is a picky eater, it’s the part husky in him! Got my order and made a batch right away! I replaced half the water with 1/2 water and 1/2 beef stock and added in a pound and a half of cooked ground beef, this stuff smells amazing, I was wondering so I even took a bite of it without the supplement of course and I would eat this as a meal! Dinner time came and Tucker was super excited he licked the bowl clean! It’s great having a dog food where you know exactly what’s in it! Plus something that tastes amazing. There were some shipping delays due to USPS being backed up due to weather, and the team at Happy Dog took care of it right away even though the fault was on the shipping company, so excited to continue using this food for our little picky guy and supporting a family operated business, thank you for all you do to keep our pets happy and healthy!!! Would give 10 stars hands down and would highly recommend!!! So much cheaper and way better quality over any other fresh food company!!

Molly loves her food- especially Happy Dog Food-she is a Happy Fog. When we rescued Goldy now Molly- from Big Dog Rescue they fed all their pets Happy Dog Food.
