Shipping Policy
We want your pup's food to arrive quickly and safely! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total:

Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. If you don't see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Restrictions & Exclusions
- We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
